WHO WE ARE
The Longitude project was founded as an applied geopolitical intelligence house, based in Brazil and connected to the world's main centers of decision-making. We translate geopolitical, regulatory and institutional change into business analysis that anticipates risks, identifies opportunities and informs decisions. We work with and for those who need to decide, not merely to stay informed.
We operate in two directions. From the world to Brazil, we help Brazilian companies understand how trade disputes, international conflicts, sanctions, the race for technology, critical minerals and other strategic assets, the reshaping of global supply chains, among other factors, affect their business, and turn these shifts into strategy. From Brazil to the world, we explain to foreign companies and investors, diplomatic missions and international organizations how Brazil decides. We show how the Executive, Congress, the Judiciary, regulatory agencies, state governments and the private sector interact, where the country's positions are actually formed, and where they are heading.
Our senior founding team (professors, researchers, former public officials and executives with international careers) works alongside a network of regional and thematic fellows. We add qualified dialogue with governments, diplomatic missions, business associations and companies, and use technology to speed up delivery without compromising analytical rigor.
